A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC)

A drone qualification allowing users to operate in the new A2 (Open) sub-category, no matter if it's for recreational or commercial reasons

Insured to over 5 million

Atlas Aviation holds fully-comprehensive insurance cover for all of our equipment and staff members, plus public liability insurance of £5million.

General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC)

A drone qualification allowing users to get an Operational Authorisation from the CAA to fly drones up to 25 kg in built-up areas safely and legally

Air Transport Pilots Licence (ATPL)

The Airline Transport Pilot Licence is the highest level of aircraft pilot licence, it allows holders to command aircraft over 5700 kg or with over 9 passenger seats. It requires extensive knowledge of 13 subjects including Meteorology, Aviation Law & Flight Planning

Instrument Rating (IR)

The instrument rating enables you to fly the aircraft solely with reference to the in-cockpit instrumentation. This means you will be able to fly in cloud and other circumstances of reduced visibility.
