White Ladies Priory

White Ladies Priory, once the Priory of St Leonard at Brewood, was an English priory of Augustinian canonesses, now in ruins, in Shropshire, in the parish of Boscobel, some eight miles northwest of Wolverhampton, near Junction 3 of the M54 motorway

History

White Ladies achieved fame when Charles II took refuge there and at nearby Boscobel House, during his escape from Parliamentarian forces after the Battle of Worcester in September 1651. 

At this Location Atlas was briefed to produce aerial photographs and videos.

 

Atlas was also briefed to provided an Enhanced Site Report on the entire location, this report included a range of visual and video imagery, 2D analysis and calculation, Plant Health, Elevation, and a 3D model with a Digital Surface Model

 

This  is an excellent example of how Aerial photography can show a new perspective on historical sites and provide interactive and engageable content attracting visitors to the site.
